Being the boss is one thing and being sexy is another… but who says you can’t mix the two together?!

I don’t know about you but I have always mixed both. I will look the part with extra fluff in there too. When I mean fluff, I mean sass.

This Grid Peplum Dress is the perfect mix of sophistication and sexiness. When it comes to work, I like being able to look professional but yet stylish at the time.

In my opinion, as long as it is knee length it doesn’t matter how it hugs your body. For curvy women like myself, it is difficult to hit our curves! No matter what we wear, it will show.
