Whenever I have to attend a Military function, I always make sure to dress appropriately for the occasion. My husband is a Senior Enlisted Marine and with that, one must carry themselves to a higher standard. I represent my husband so my rule is to make sure to carry myself with dignity and professionalism especially when I am in the presence of higher authority.
This dress allowed me to look sophisticated and yet stylish. I love the colors not only because it has my favorite color on it, but because it’s perfect for this season. Many complimented me on the dress and how they loved the colors because it was appropriate for Summer.
I like that I can also where this dress to work and to church. The one thing that makes me happy is finding outfits that are versatile. You get more bang for your buck that way. I decided to pair this dress with nude heels that went well with my Gucci Bag.
When you have a specific function to attend, take a few minutes to really put thought into your outfit. Looking good should be a goal for yourself so that you feel good at the same time. My fashion rule is: When you look good, you feel good!
