This hotel and casino is by far one of the best places to stay at and the best place to hold any event. This year we had our 241st Marine Corps Birthday Ball in the ballroom here at The Pechanga. We had the pleasure to work side by side with the lovely Sutista Spellman who is the Catering/Conference Service Manager. My husband was in charge of the birthday ball this year so we were lucky enough to have a grand tour of the casino and all of its amenities. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. We also had the pleasure of staying in one of their hotel suites. It was beautiful and spacious!
Our experience here at The Pechanga was unforgettable. We were able to work with the staff members from the back of the house to the front of the house. I have to say that they gave us an incredible experience. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 star service all the way! From the valet, bell hop, front desk, room service, house keeping, catering department, sales team, events, security, coffee shop workers, casino attendants, waiters and waitresses, they were all such a pleasure to work with.
We look forward to working with them again in the future. We highly recommend this place as your go to hotel and casino! Thank you to entire staff at The Pechanga Hotel and Casino for welcoming us and making our experience there one we will always remember!
